Request a ConsultationSelf-Pay Options
Self-pay, also called private pay or cash pay, is available alongside the accepted insurance plans. It is a good fit if your plan is not listed or if you would rather keep your care outside of insurance, and payment is made at the time of service. Working outside of insurance means your care is not shaped by what a health plan will authorize: no diagnosis is required to be submitted for coverage, session length and frequency are decided together rather than by a plan, and your records stay private rather than being shared with an insurer.
Reduced-Cost Sessions
A limited number of reduced-cost sessions are available for clients for whom the standard session rate is a barrier to care. Rates are discussed openly during your free 15-minute consultation, so you know exactly what to expect before scheduling. Please reach out to ask about current availability.
Superbills
For clients using out-of-network benefits, superbills are available upon request to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt you can send directly to your insurance company. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed, so clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to better understand their out-of-network benefits.
Clear expected costs
Self-pay clients may request a Good Faith Estimate before services begin.
